SHIPPING
All Shipping is by UPS. Standard method is UPS Ground Monday through Friday. If you require 2nd Day or Overnight Service it is available at additional charge. If you have a UPS Shipper Number, we can use it if you like.

During non-holiday time, we make every effort to ship same day all orders received by 1:30 P.M. CST unless otherwise directed. Orders received after 1:30 P.M. will be shipped on the following business day. UPS guarantees delivery dates for Ground service to business addresses only. Please see UPS time delivery chart.

CHECK YOUR ADDRESS
We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Additional charges will apply for address corrections by UPS. During extremely cold weather, shipments may be held. We cannot accept P.O. Box addresses for UPS shipping but we can ship them via the U.S. Post office. Please call for rates.

FRUIT
For optimal freshness, fruit must be shipped 2nd day outside of Zone 2. We only ship fruit Monday through Wednesday. See UPS Zone Chart. No fruit is allowed to be shipped to California.

APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Fresh fruit cannot be shipped out of the contiguous 48 states or to APO/FPO addresses Add $6.00 for shipping non-fruit baskets to APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

PICK-UPS
Orders can be picked up from our office at 607-C Country Club Dr, Bensenville, IL
