New customers to Gift and Basket Expressions generally have questions about how we operate. We have prepared a list of frequently asked questions to aid you in ordering. Can I set up a corporate account?
Yes, please go to our corporate page for more information. You can set up an account by getting our credit application, or you can order before credit is approved with a credit card which we will hold as a guarantee of payment. Terms are Due On Receipt.

Are you able to handle multiple basket orders?
We certainly can. Depending on the quantity and contents, we may need some extra time. We request a third as a deposit on orders over $750 with the balance due at time of shipment.

Can I provide promotional items or cards for our baskets?
We are experts at incorporating your items in a basket.

In what form do you want our mail list?
You can fax, mail, or email your list. If emailing, please attach the file as an excel spreadsheet. If faxing, please make sure the font is large enough, so as it is legible after faxing.

How do I pay for my order?
Paying by credit card is the fastest way to process your order. We accept Master Card, VISA, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.
We take checks or money orders but your order must be held until payment is received.

How are your baskets sent?

How are your baskets wrapped?
The majority of our baskets are shrink wrapped to hold items in place. Some of the smaller or light weight gifts are wrapped in clear or patterned cello. All baskets are beautifully ribboned and bowed.

How long have you been in business?
We have been delighting our clients since 1985.

Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes, we offer Early Shopper discounts during the holidays, as well as quantity discounts. Please go to our corporate section for more information.

Will we get an order confirmation?
We will E-Mail you to confirm receipt of your order or if we have any questions regarding your order.

What are your hours?
We operate 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. EST during most of the year. During holidays, you are likely to find us here anytime!

Do you have a retail location?
No, we operate out of a warehouse.

How safe is it to order online?
All of the credit card information you enter on your order form is sent via a secure socket link verified by Comodo for your protection.

Do basket prices include delivery?
No, shipping or delivery charges are additional as is Indiana Sales Tax.
