Orders placed after 10 A.M. CST requesting hand delivery will be delivered the next business day.
Sorry, but we do not offer delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
Same day delivery is also not offered during the busy holiday season.

We are located in Bensenville, IL (a suburb of Chicago). We work with several delivery services and are able to provide hand delivery to the greater Chicagoland area. Single basket delivery charges are $13.90 per basket per location For multiple basket deliveries to one location, or for rush service, please call us for a quote.

Telephone numbers are required for all hand deliveries in case the delivery service needs to reach them. The delivery people will make a decision as to leaving a package if no one is home. They will attempt to leave it with a neighbor or else in a safe place unless we are directed not to leave the package. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays on baskets without telephone numbers, incorrect addresses, inclement weather or for baskets left when the recipient is out of town.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
In order to avoid additional delivery charges to hospitals, please be sure your recipient will still be a patient when delivery is scheduled. We recommend that you ship the gift to the home of the patient instead because of short hospital stays and the chance that the package will be delayed in the hospital receiving department. Also, please keep in mind that once we've delivered the item to the hospital, it is up to the hospital staff to deliver the basket to the room.
